As one of the early hires in India in 2016, I was impressed with the interview process, which convinced me about the company & the product vision. I feel empowered at work & appreciate the recognition for high performance through awards & my elevation to a Lead Software Development Engineer in Test. The confidence bestowed on me is reflected in the fact that I was given ownership of an important product from inception to release. I feel fortunate to have worked on one of our key products in our digital parts catalog business. I am also thrilled with how our testing framework has evolved over the years & we leverage behavior-driven development.

I joined LeadVenture in 2017 as a Quality Assurance Analyst and was part of the initial team in India. During the interviews & onboarding, I found the culture to be close-knit. I accepted, considering it was a product company with an established presence in the U.S. I have enjoyed all my roles at LeadVenture tremendously. I now work on automated testing for one of our flagship products in the digital parts catalog space. Before this, I worked on helping set up the QA team for one of our group companies, which added tremendously to my experience. Over the years, the positive impressions I had formed as a new employee have been reinforced time & again. Our management is genuinely understanding & we all believe in working hard & playing hard as a team.

I was excited by the opportunity to set up the automated & performance testing infrastructure working closely with developers in our India & US offices. After working in testing for a few years, I communicated my interest in software development & was delighted with the response of our leadership supporting my request. My group lead & colleagues ensured that I got the required training on the technologies that we use, product, & processes, which helped me ramp up rapidly & make the most of this opportunity. I have always nurtured an interest in cloud services, starting with an internship in Machine Learning optimization & then securing a Cloud Architect certification. I was keen to explore other domains & their use of tech, so I took up the role at LeadVenture’s Data Lake team. I have had the opportunity to get hands-on experience in some critical initiatives involving analytics for our product & business users. excited about the learning I am getting toward my goal of becoming a Cloud Architect.
Sundar T, Product Engineering #MyPassion - Applying the latest technologies in building world-class products! “I am continuously amazed at the breadth, depth, & speed of new technology adoption at LeadVenture.” After graduating with a B.Tech in CS from Vellore Institute of Tech, I worked at a software co. developing agriculture mgmt systems. During this period, I also pursued a master’s in software systems. After five years, I felt plateaued in terms of technology & role. From my first meeting with LeadVenture’s HR to the tech-savviness & engineering knowledge of the interviewers, I was impressed & it gave me a glimpse into the org, which has been validated in my 4 years. My learning curve accelerated thanks to the processes, tech, & team collaboration. The high point is the encouragement by mgmt to try out & implement the latest technologies. On my promotion, I took on additional responsibilities leading a talented team of engineers & have learned much from this. My first accomplishment towards that dream was a diploma in Computer Networking, followed by a bachelor’s & master’s in IT. My prior experience with two Fortune 500 companies as a Technical Support Engg. involved supporting end-user computing & software development. LeadVenture offered me a role in a software product engineering environment, work-life balance, & employee benefits which I found very attractive. The opportunity to work & learn from our global team has been very enriching. In addition to training in the latest technologies & tools, I secured multiple cloud certifications at LeadVenture & hands-on exposure. I feel fulfilled & am excited to contribute to our growth. As part of our community volunteering program, #LVCares, Team LeadVenture is proud to share that the October 2022 batch of computer classes for children in need was completed successfully. The weekend classes are hosted in the Gurgaon, India office. LeadVenture employees volunteer to teach children one-on-one and give them a foundation to help their computer literacy.
LeadVenture India kicked off October with a unique Art event. We welcomed some special visitors, who all made their mark in our office! The Art installation now adorns our Gurgaon office lounge. Many thanks to the Venturers who brought their children over to make our day & office special.

"We have the freedom to work & make our own decisions without micro-management or pressure from our managers.” I am a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test on our Powersports brand products. These products offer dealers & distributors of Powersports like motorbikes, parts, & accessories, a unique software solution platform for their e-commerce websites. I joined LeadVenture in 2021 after working with a global financial services technology company for 7 years. From the get-go, my experience has been positive, & it is because of the attention LeadVenture pays to the little things. I am particularly impressed with the thought & timeliness behind every communication. In a short span, LeadVenture has given me multiple learning opportunities, including access to the best training content on automation & leading technologies we use. #MyVenturerStory - Surbhi V, Website Operations #MyPassion - Contributing to a Workplace that Values Inclusion and Diversity. “The aspect I love most about my job is its variety.” My first impression of LeadVenture was that it is a welcoming & friendly organization. I joined the company in 2017, & that impression stands to date with the view that innovation, openness, & a healthy work-life balance are also part of the rich cultural mix. In my current role as a Senior Operations Specialist in Quality Assurance, I conduct quality checks, starting with information from the Dealers to testing in the design, build, and go-live phases. I work on multiple workstreams at any given time. I feel empowered because I push myself not because I am asked to but because I want to. I am excited about the focus & learning in the field of User Experience to improve our products as our company invests in this area. I took many courses using our learning resources & subscriptions. As a member of our Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) committee, I support an important purpose beyond my role.
