Lifespark is hiring for a Home Health Physical Therapists utilize their full scope of the PT practice. Assessment, care plan development, teaching/training, HEP development, pharmacology and the use of non-pharmacological means for pain relief. Home Health Physical Therapists work within a care team including Nurses, OTs, ST, HHAs and MSWs. Lifespark believe clients receive the best care with a team approach. There is autonomy working in Home Health. Working alone with clients 1:1 but yet have a team just one call away!
