Today, Lightera announced a leadership transition that marks the next phase of our growth. Holly Hulse has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026. She succeeds Foad Shaikhzadeh, who will continue to help guide Lightera’s long-term direction as Chairman. One year after our formal launch within the FURUKAWA ELECTRIC GROUP, our global teams have strengthened how we operate and deliver together. That progress reflects close collaboration across regions, disciplines, and partner ecosystems. Building on the strong foundation established in our first year, Holly will lead Lightera with continued focus on solution-led growth, deep partner engagement, and expansion in high-value segments such as hyperscale data centers. We’re grateful to our global teams and partners for the momentum built during this first year and for the work ahead.
