Lynx continues to grow. Building on our acquisition of Timesys announced in December 2023, on January 9 2024 we announced the acquisition of Thompson Software Solutions. We feel this uniquely positions Lynx to advise customers in their earliest phase of new programs regarding system architecture, the opportunity to accelerate the development of their systems, drive team productivity with DevSecOps implementation, and future-proof systems for the useful lifespan of the platform.
On December 12, 2023 Lynx announced the acquisition of Timesys, a provider of open-source cybersecurity and software development tools and engineering services for embedded and edge product development. The acquisition of Timesys adds complementary solutions and services strategically aligned with Lynx’s product suite tied to open-source architecture and product offerings. This marks Lynx’s first add-on acquisition since being acquired by OceanSound Partners in June 2022.
