We're thrilled to announce not one but TWO new Mindspace locations in Israel! Mindspace’s new Park Ofer HaCarmel location, in @Melisron’s new building, will be situated at the heart of Haifa’s hi-tech hub in northern Israel. Spanning 3,804 sq m. and covering a whole floor, this location will offer more than 600 workstations. Heralded as a gateway to the north of Israel, this scenic location with its ocean views offers large private suites, executive offices, a large event space, and a thriving tech community. Mindspace Kiryat Ono is the first flexible office space of its kind in the city of Kiryat Ono. Spanning a total of 3,300 sq m. over three floors, this new location will offer more than 500 workstations. Close to the suburbs, cutting out long commutes and traffic jams, Mindspace Kiryat Ono is situated 20 minutes from Tel Aviv. Its proximity to Sheba hospital (Tel Hashomer) makes this branch a preferred destination for startups and companies from the pharma and medical industry. We’re excited to announce our second location in Warsaw, Mindspace Skyliner! Following the success of our first location Mindspace Koszyki, we're launching a second site in the 42-story Skyliner building. Our newest location will span 4,400sqm of floor space and will include over 600 workstations, and is scheduled to open in spring 2023.
We’re delighted to announce our sixth location in Berlin and 12th in Germany: Mindspace Münzstraße. A short walk from Alexanderplatz and the iconic Berlin TV tower, our newest location will span 4,100 m² and offer 700 workstations over five floors. Built in 1913, the former department store is part of WertInvest’s real estate portfolio. Mindspace Münzstraße is scheduled to open in spring 2023. According to a Colliers report, Mindspace has announced more new locations in Berlin than any other flex space provider since the beginning of Covid.
MIAMI STATE OF MIND! We're excited to announce Mindspace Gateway in Miami: our fourth US location, due to open in spring 2023. Covering more than 30,000 square feet across the entire sixth floor at The Gateway at Wynwood, this location will include 435 workstations. The recently completed Class A office building is located at the intersection of the iconic Wynwood and Midtown Miami neighborhoods. Mindspace Gateway will offer an on-site parents room, a podcast room, shared access to both the outdoor and the penthouse rooftop terraces, in addition to the many Mindspace amenities and benefits.
The 'Halev 24/7' is a project led by the Israeli nonprofit organization ELEM Israel - Youth in Distress that is dedicated to treating and transforming the lives of troubled youth and giving them a safe space. With the help of great people from Mindspace, we transformed the space into a more warm and welcoming environment.
