It’s Global Community Month (GCM) at NICE, a tradition dating back to 2009, and our NICErs are loving giving back and actively volunteering in their communities! NICErs in India planted trees for a greener tomorrow, while NICErs in Austin, TX, USA put their green thumbs to work at a community food garden. NICErs in the Philippines spread joy at a local animal shelter. NICErs in Atlanta, GA, USA headed to a local NGO to package thousands of nutritional meals for the severely ill and NICErs in Melbourne prepared meals for the less fortunate. NICErs in Israel rolled up their sleeves to support local farming communities and even lifted residents’ spirits by helping to build them an outdoor movie theater for the summer.
To showcase our NICE Values in action, NICErs from our Sandy, Pune, Israel, and the Philippines locations competed in a friendly race. Testing their speed and precision, NICE teams brought their can-do attitudes to race around the offices and show off just how obsessed with winning they are! Thanks to Banksy, Basquiat and a wealth of prominent street artists, graffiti has long shaken off the stigma of vandalism and shifted to a cool art form that can inspire and reach the masses. NICErs in Israel and their loved ones took advantage of the perfect spring weather for a walking tour highlighting impressive street art, before shaking things up and tapping into their own inner graffiti artists.

NICErs in Pune combined their strategic skills, obsession with winning, and passion for cricket at the annual NICE GTC IPL Auction. Dozens of NICE teams took on the challenge of strategizing and bidding to create the ultimate fantasy cricket team, in the most cost-effective way, to rack up points and secure the win. NICErs proved themselves to be creative and savvy, while dressing the part and having a blast with their teammates!
Demonstrating that A+ truly is their starting point, NICErs in Singapore kicked off our Global Community Month (GCM) straight out the gate with a remarkable display of determination and dedication, by participating in the annual Relay for Life event. Exceeding their own goals, the highly motivated Fit-NICE running team raised thousands of dollars for the Singapore Cancer Society as they showed their winning teamwork overnight to complete the 100km relay race. Our NICErs’ mini pirates were welcomed to the NICE Treasure Island (aka the NICE Hoboken office) for an unmatched ‘Bring Your Kids to Work’ Day, filled with fun, interactive shows and activities, arts & crafts, and loads of delicious treats. The little ones stocked up on NICE swag, made a bunch of new friends and enjoyed a glimpse of what their parents do at NICE.
NICErs love giving back and doing their part to preserve our planet🌍 Across the world, NICErs participated in various eco-friendly activities, including taking home seeds to grow, learning about sustainable products and water conservation practices, and recycling used books, toys, and clothes. NICErs in the Philippines went all out to show how green they are by flashing their creative talents in a fashion show of impressive, homemade, recycled garments, and putting on a market for secondhand items with proceeds going to local charities.
