CEO Barak Eilam left NICErs invigorated and inspired, after his eventful visit to the NICE Global Technology Center (GTC) in Pune, India. Barak explored the GTC, which accommodates over 2,500 NICErs, and watched Innovation Demos as well as meeting with teams from all divisions. He also joined a special fireside chat with Awan Roy, Head of NICE GTC, which gave NICErs insights into the organization’s 2024 strategy. Throughout the visit, Barak shared his excitement for the innovative work being undertaken at GTC across all verticals. Barak was also honored to meet 70 women who are pursuing their engineering degrees with the support of NICE, in collaboration with the NGO, Katalyst.
NICErs in Atlanta, Georgia have moved into their sleek, new office in the iconic King building! The massive space – decked out with interactive areas, ergonomic workstations, state-of-the-art systems, chill-out spots, and more – is home to NICErs from CX, Actimize and Corporate Services divisions. A lineup of NICE leaders celebrated with Atlanta NICErs at a spectacular Grand Opening party, where everyone toasted to what is set to be a hub of collaboration, innovation, and creativity!

New year, new Code:Coda super squad 😎 😍 Now in its 5th year, we’re thrilled that a new group of 132 teen girls just started their first year of NICE’s Code:Coda, with 120+ teenage girls also advancing to their second year! With women making up less than a third of the hi-tech workforce, NICE is dedicated to changing the gender imbalance. Code:Coda empowers teenage girls by encouraging an interest in coding from a young age which leads to the pursuit of tech studies. Hundreds of girls have already completed the program, where they receive invaluable hands-on mentorship from over 70 female NICErs in esteemed tech roles. Over 60% of our Code:Coda alumni report that they completely changed their minds about technology, and selected computer science as their high school major – an awesome impact, considering these girls previously had little to no interest in tech. If this opening hackathon is anything to go by, our Coda:Coda newbies are well on their way to future tech careers!

It’s ugly sweater season, and our NICErs took on the challenge with delight🎄🎁 The sunny weather did not stop our NICErs in Bolivia from pulling out their loudest and most colorful Christmas sweaters, as they soaked in the city view over a decadent brunch with their teammates. The Corporate Services team in Sandy, Utah took a break from using their strategic and analytical skills to enjoy some Christmas trivia and showed off their creativity with some striking ugly sweaters. Nestled away below the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, our London NICErs aptly held ‘A Midwinter Night’s Dream’ party to close out their magical 2023! From stilt walkers and an aerial show to a memorable rendition of the Cha Cha Slide by the Executive Leadership Team – the event was a dreamlike occasion of enchanting fun and dancing! Who can resist a holiday where you’re expected to eat yummy fried donuts? Let there be light – and donuts, lots of donuts🍩🤩! Hanukkah, the Jewish “festival of lights” is celebrated with 8 nights of candle lighting, singing songs, and eating fried foods, like donuts (sufganiyot)! NICErs were treated to an assortment of creatively designed and flavored sufganiyot from boutique bakeries based in the south of Israel, as part of NICE Israel’s continued efforts to support communities affected by the war. The Hanukkah celebrations continued as NICErs were invited to bring their families along for a private screening of the movie, “Trolls Band Together”. Hundreds of children from the south were delighted to join the festive day of fun activities and sugar highs.
