NICErs in both our Singapore and Japan offices took time out from the summer heat and humidity with a cool and energetic bowling break and some good laughs with their fellow NICErs. Turning the event into an annual affair, the Singapore team has become quite competitive, and this year brought along their families to show off their bowling skills and share in the fun.
NICErs love to learn and grow, and our Actimize teams can't get enough of the Lunch & Learn events where they gain further knowledge from peers, and external leaders, to master their domains. These engaging monthly sessions held across the globe have been a huge hit! Each quarter tackles a different broad topic – Strategy, Innovation, Customer Success, and, of course, Cloud. NICErs from all levels of the organization are sharing their expertise with illuminating talks, like “Let’s talk about AI: Chat GPT” and “Overview of Financial Fraud in the Banking Sector”.
They may have had an early tee time, but over 140 NICErs from Sandy were eager to hit the greens for the 12th Annual NICE Heatstroker Golf Tournament! Armed with their sunscreen and competitive spirit, our golfers from across the business, including Sales, Product, R&D, Client Services and HR team members, came to show off their swing and have a great day out with fellow NICErs.
…And that’s a wrap on Sparkathon 2023! NICE’s 9th annual, 48-hour global hackathon was bigger, better, and bolder than ever before! Leading up to the 007-inspired License to Hack event, over 500 original process and product ideas were submitted by teams of NICErs from around the world. Demonstrating innovation within their domains, the teams developed their projects and prepared pitches to compete for the ultimate glory – to have their creative and original ideas included in our future products and solutions. You’re right Bond, the world is not enough😉… NICErs keep aiming higher!
Energetically kicking off its second year, the NICE Tinies club invited dozens of NICErs who have recently welcomed new additions to their families, to enjoy a range of parenting workshops and a nutritious brunch. They covered helpful topics like movement and development, feeding tips, and communication with babies. The gathering was held at the NICE Israel office, and even CEO Barak Eilam couldn’t help but take some time out to enjoy the cuteness overload and welcome the new arrivals. For every “NICE Tiny” in our Tinies Club, NICE has donated a crate of baby formula and diapers to a local charity supporting disadvantaged babies.

The informal Q&A was a great opportunity for NICErs to share what’s on their minds, with our CEO graciously taking the time to answer every question and get candid with the crowd. The audience enjoyed having a chance to hear Barak’s business insights, personal opinions on hot topics, and words of wisdom on the AI tech wave.
Our top Sales people of the past year, from across all regions, were treated to a bucket list-worthy trip to Tenerife! Over 100 NICErs and their partners enjoyed the royal treatment as esteemed members of NICE’s President’s Club! From fine dining to exciting activities like whale watching and water sports, wine tasting, and a visit to the local town and national park – our sales champs enjoyed an epic, jam-packed itinerary! NICErs from our Sandy office recently enjoyed some R&R time while soaking up the warm Utah sun. Members of our Finance, Legal, Procurement and IT teams enjoyed spending time together partaking in some friendly competition as they showed off their strategic and analytical skills with over-sized games. An afternoon of great entertainment and laughs!
NICE GTC in Pune, India has welcomed some 60 new NICErs as part of its Campus Hire Program! These recent tech graduates from local engineering institutions started their NICE careers in various roles from Engineering and Tech Support to Corporate Services. In these early days, they are undergoing an induction program and meeting with various NICE leaders. Exploring NICE’s unmatched technology platforms and applications, their transition from college to corporate life is set to be an extraordinary journey!
Keeping with our focus on NICErs’ health and wellbeing, our London office proved that they are always keen for some fitness and laughs! NICErs from across the business hit the streets for the London leg of the world’s largest corporate run – the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge, bringing thousands of people together while raising funds for youth homelessness. After our NICErs completed the race, the team celebrated the perfect combination of fitness, friendly competition, and fun!
