This past event took place in Fort Worth, Texas where team members got to engage in fun activities such as making custom cowboy hats, racing armadillos, and playing team games. One Inc Named to Inc. Magazine's Annual Best Workplaces List for 2023 One Inc, the leading digital payments network for the insurance industry, has been named to Inc. magazine's Best Workplaces list. The annual honor is based on a comprehensive measurement of American businesses that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture as measured by direct employee feedback through the Quantum Best Places to Work survey. Out of thousands of submissions, One Inc and 590 other honorees were selected based on the quality of survey responses. The company cracked the code when it comes to employee engagement, scoring a 96%. One Inc also was rated on its management effectiveness, benefits, and the fostering of employee growth. May is Mental Health Awareness Month At One Inc, its our ongoing goal to prioritize the well being of our employees in and out of the office. Part of our quarterly Health and Wellness Reimbursement allows financial relief for employees to enroll in therapy, fitness memberships and many other wellness programs. This program is important as we continue to support and motivate our employees to take care of their well being while giving them the space to do so. This month is important to One Inc as we continue to educate one another on mental health outlets, listen to our employees and spread awareness on the importance of destigmatizing mental health.
Last week, One Inc hosted an employee offsite in Fort Worth, Texas! One Inc hosts company outings many times throughout the year to engage employees in in-person networking and team bonding. At Fort Worth, employees made custom cowboy hats, road a mechanical bull and even raced armadillos. Employees also broke out in team groups to collaborate on 2023 goals and initiatives. As a remote company, it's our ongoing goal to build interpersonal relationships to strengthen company growth and leadership. Getting together at events is a big part of bonding the behind the screen communication that takes place everyday at One Inc.
SPRING into your health and wellness goals at One Inc! One Inc is active in motivating our employees to be the best versions of themselves in and out of the office. Every quarter, employees are granted the option to collect a health and wellness reimbursement based off their related expenses in those three months.
