PLS New World Whilst the majority of our employees are still working from home, our amazing facilities team are busy getting our offices ready for a safe return. Having not previously been a firm that promoted home working we are delighted with how our employees really rose to the occasion and we were able to carry on supporting our clients remotely. We are now looking to have the majority of our employees working on a hybrid basis which means they will split their working week between the office and their home. Wherever possible some employees will be completely home-based. This is great news for everyone as it means they can continue to make the most of their work/life balance. We are going to be investing heavily in an improved phone and IT system to further support our employees in the PLS New World!
