At the Paramount’s Town Hall 2023, we bid adieu to a fabulous year by celebrating 25 years of business excellence. The long and suspenseful wait finally broke as Sushma Ganapathy revealed the winners of the much coveted Paramount Excellence Awards - Customer Excellence Award, Employee of the Year award, Individual Excellence Award, Innovation and Leadership Award, Team of the Year Award. The enthralling event culminated in the unveiling of exciting visions for 2024 by our leaders, Saptarshi Choudhury, Debashish Chakravarty, Deeksha Thakur, Pavan Adhav, Bill Ritcey, Hussein Al Hussein, Rahul Banerjee, Vikram Simha, Michael Halbert, Samuel Sripathi, Chris R., Radha Vankireddy, Neha Rao, and Sukanya Sridhar.
Paramount's Got Talent was a refreshing event, where Paramountians were presented with a wide array of mesmerizing talents that blended creativity, entertainment and skill in singing performances, dance routines, magic tricks and extraordinary artistry. Judges Samuel, Sukanya, Debashish, and Radha had the difficult task of evaluating the performances, and they and the audience were witness to incredible young talents who showcased their skills, leaving everyone in awe. All this led to a delightful day, filled with talent and excitement & built on dedication and hard work!

Paramount Go Green Initiative launches in Bangalore! Over 500 trees were planted, and 70 livelihoods were created at the Nandi Hills in Bengaluru, India as the Paramount Go Green Initiative flagged off its first environmental welfare event as part of our commitment to corporate sustainability. Several members of the local population have been gainfully employed to maintain the new patch of green. The event not only laid a strong foundation stone for Paramount’s allegiance with environmental sustainability but also promises financial sustainability for over 70 families.
