PathPoint recently welcomed Erica Beall as our new Executive Director of Developmental Disability Services! Karen Moore, our previous Executive Director, retired in March after nearly 33 years of exceptional service. Erica comes to PathPoint with 25+ years in the developmental disability realm, having previously held positions at the Devereux Foundation, The Arc of San Diego, United Cerebral Palsy, San Diego Regional Center, Westside Regional Center, and the North Los Angeles County Regional Center. Even within the first months of her tenure, Erica has already provided immense support to our services through her expertise in strategic planning, quality, assurance, and person-centered practices. (August 1, 2017) PathPoint announced the selection of Harry Bruell as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Harry begins his leadership role on August 1, 2017, succeeding Cynthia S. Burton who is retiring after 30 years of exceptional service. Since 2004, Harry Bruell served as President and CEO of Conservation Legacy and worked in various leadership roles with service and conservation corps since 1991. From 1994 to 2004, Harry worked with the National Association of Service and Conservation Corps (now The Corps Network) as Chief Operating Officer and other positions. Harry co-founded the National Public Lands Service Coalition and the Partnership for the 21st Century Conservation Service Corps. "I have a deep passion for PathPoint's work and a personal understanding of some of the challenges faced by PathPoint's clients and their families," said Harry.
