Ryan Miller joins Persefoni as VP & GM, Private Markets. Prior to Persefoni, he spent seven years at Malk Partners, a boutique management consultancy that works exclusively with alternative investment firms and their portfolio companies to create and protect value through environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and Impact management, where he finished as a Partner. Malk advises more than 80 funds representing greater than $450 billion in assets under management (AUM).

Kumar brings over 20 years of experience across sectors including insurance and investments, sustainable investments, climate transitions, ESG business strategy, and policy advisory. She is the currently the Senior Vice President of Sustainability Solutions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and also serves as an Advisory board member of the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Business School. She also served as the Head of ESG Investing and Asset Stewardship at State Street Global Advisors, and as an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young.
