There’s an old saying that, “When you change, the world changes.” A lovely and empowering idea. But I think you’ll agree that 2020 is giving us a crash course in exactly the opposite lesson: when the world changes, we change. Or, at least, we should strongly consider changing. So when 2020 started its sideways lurch, we thought long and hard about how we should adapt our creative agency. We thought about what was important to us, what was unique about us, and what sort of impact we wanted to make in the world. We even hired an agency growth consultant and went to an agency-owner growth conference. Virtually, of course.
