ProTek Partners is seeking talented Salesmen. Our company works remote so location is secondary to your ability to find new clients and close deals. We handle perm, contract, payroll, SOW, essentially whatever can make money. Our compensation plan includes, base (NO draw), free medical, vacation, and a commission plan that far exceed ANY national agency. We do not believe in KPIs, reports or over management of our team. You don't need someone telling you how to do the very job you have mastered. Management is supportive and accessible but we do stay out of the way.
