Please join us in congratulating Dempsey Parker, Customer Care Manager, on his 35th work anniversary. Dempsey has held various roles during his years at Quincy, from Safety & Quality Assurance, Senior Service Technician, Tester/Wirer, and more. Dempsey is an integral part of helping our customer service team, and his unwavering dedication, leadership, and positive attitude have helped drive Quincy's success. When asked for any advice he would give to future Quincy employees or those that are just starting a career he said, "Never be afraid to take that next step to advance your career and work hard to achieve your goals. There's always an opportunity to get where you need to be. You may have to take a roundabout way but look at that as further enrichment and knowledge. Always treat everyone with respect. Offer any encouragement you can to anyone and hope they would do the same to you. Share your knowledge, 35 years is a long time, longer than most employees here have been alive but to me it seems like yesterday when I walked in the door at Quincy Compressor."
