Mike Fairbrother (Group Infrastructure & Support Manager) has kicked off this initiative, which is self-driven and focuses on mental health, wellbeing, empowerment, work/life balance and challenges (just to name a few). Mike's weekly posts inspire and empower individuals to embrace the power of perspective and to improve their mental wellbeing by taking a step back and reflecting on their lives. The response to Wellbeing Wednesdays has been truly inspiring. He has received countless messages from colleagues who appreciate the content and who have shared how much they have benefited from the posts. Mike's goal is to "make people smile and to help at least one person who is having a bad day or a bad week, feel better about their situation.”

This month we held a team building event in Macedonia with our Skopje team. 250 employees with guests from other offices traveled from Skopje to the beautiful city of Ohrid and spent two days by the lake. The weather and atmosphere were perfect. Our colleagues engaged in a variety of team building activities throughout the day. The team spent the night in Ohrid which ended in an evening celebration of dancing including three bands- one which was our very own local RLDatix band!
