Last week, we welcomed the 2023 Summer Intern Class in our NYC headquarters at 75 Rockefeller Plaza. The orientation had an exciting line-up of speakers and guests. Our interns heard from our executive leadership, Todd Rechler, Partner, Chief Construction and Development Officer as well as from Frank Pusinelli, SEVP, COO, Operating Assets. They talked about the history of the company, our diverse portfolio of asset classes, and highlighted some of our mega projects we are embarking on. Todd emphasized the importance of collaboration and relationship building. Our culture is grounded in the integrity that we have internally, the reputation that we have built and are known by externally in the world. We as an organization look forward to learning from our interns as well, they bring a wealth of knowledge and ideas from their own experiences and their educational institutions. Frank spoke about the importance of being bold and trying new things, exploring different opportunities during their time with us beyond the department they will be working directly with, and about learning and mentoring in person due to the energy that physical collaboration provides.
