"Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you do, you will be successful" -That's why at Raketech we focus on the things that make you make you happy!
Our mindset of continuous improvement applies to everything we do, including our individual development. We do not measure personal growth in how high one can climb on a vertical “career ladder”, but on how big we develop our professional footprint – it is all about growing out, not up!🌱🤓

Remote work is on the rise, at Raketech we know happy people are the key to an efficient and productive team. "2020 was a solid year for Raketech with four quarters of consecutive growth. Despite the volatile, unpredictable and uncertain market, it was a year characterised by continued expansion of our business into new markets with an improved offering. I would like to thank all employees for showing an amazing spirit during a year unlike any other adjusting to fully remote working and delivering on milestone after milestone.”👊 – CEO, Oskar Muhlbach
They say that you learn throughout your whole life. True. But how can you learn to be a great leader? How can one become a strong leader in an agile company? Certainly, there is no fixed, magical formula that ensures successful leadership. But, knowledge is power and for this reason, we recently organised a program of informal leadership sessions at Raketech. Employees from a wide range of teams and departments came together to learn how to inspire and motivate individuals and teams to achieve outstanding results. Why spend hours going through hundreds of meaningless presentation slides when you can learn by… playing LEGO? Yes, we incorporated “LEGO Serious Play” methodology that was developed over several years by Executive Discovery, part of the LEGO Group. The participants used LEGO bricks to share stories from their managerial past to visualise business concepts.
Raketech was awarded the Equality Mark certification by the National Commission for the Promotion of Equality (NCPE) at a ceremony at the Old University Building in Valletta yesterday. Helena Dalli, Malta’s Minister for Equality, presented members of our HR team with an Equality Mark certificate as one of seven newly accredited organisations. The award recognises our efforts to provide an inclusive working environment free from discrimination. We are proud to receive the NCPE Equality Mark that reinforces our commitment to providing equality in the workplace. The iGaming landscape is well-known to be a male-dominated industry and companies in our field being recognised for diversity is a step in the right direction. The Raketech team has a good mix of 42% female and 58% male staff, people of all different ages and 18 nationalities. Our recruitment process looks beyond personal skills or past experience and focuses on finding people with the right personality and cultural fit irrespective their gender, age, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation.
Exactly one year ago we decided to take action and tackle the littering problem hands-on. After seeing more and more rubbish on the streets of St. Julian’s, the home of our HQ, we wanted to contribute to a better and cleaner Malta. The Raketech team pulled together and searched to streets equipped with gloves, pickers and bags. Result? Over 120 bags of rubbish collected. Satisfaction score: 10/10. This year we wanted to do even more to help clean-up Malta. Knowing exactly what we’re capable of together, the team was determined to smash last year’s record. We are not going to say that it was the most pleasant or exciting initiative. But rewarding? Absolutely! We always strive to deliver lasting changes in our local community. Money is powerful, but so are our hands. Apart from raising financial support for charities, we actively (and physically) work to deliver much-needed help. Raketech’s Charity Committee collaborates with local organisations and charities, as well as developing initiatives to support good causes.
