In August of 2020, Redemption Plus began a partnership with Michael Nowak of Rhode Island Novelty. The distribution center, once located in Lenexa, was outsourced to Rhode Island Novelty, as well as finance and other "back office" roles. Redemption Plus was able to carry on serving our customers with a slimmed-down team of 12. We have since grown to 15 employees in 2021 and will continue to add on Team Members as the business need presents itself. Company Leadership has changed drastically since 2016. Now, Redemption Plus INC, located in Overland Park KS, is owned by Michael Nowak and run by COO Mike Tipton.
