Would it surprise you to learn of an auto insurance company that pays 100% of employee medical premiums, contributes to Health Savings Accounts, offers a 401(k) match, has doubled in size in 3 years, and had a 4.4 Google score in 2025? We invite top candidates to learn more!
We're hiring Claims Adjusters! Responsive offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including 100% of employee premiums for medical, dental, and vision coverage, contributions to Health Savings Accounts to offset health plan deductibles, and matching 401(k) contributions. That, plus full-time, part-time, and remote roles, opportunities for career growth, and a fun, collaborative culture, make Responsive a great place to work!
Great question on the retirement benefits. We'll need to look into what we can do there.
We are grateful to everyone who put their efforts into creating positive change. But, please do not take our word for it. As leaders, we have shared the anonymous comments with our team, and we have asked our fellow managers to consider posting their own experiences. Any employee’s participation is entirely voluntary (if you interview with us, ask the managers!), and we have not told any employee what to post (again, ask them!). If you are a candidate to join our team, we invite you to check with anyone here when you talk with the team and learn more about our culture, our treatment of our team members, and our business. While we certainly do not claim perfection, we think you will like what you find. If you do join us, we invite you to help us improve, and we look forward to your contributions as we build a solid work environment that offers tremendous professional experiences for our team members.
We try our best to create a solid place for our people to establish a career. Over the last year, our Company has engaged in an internal revitalization of our business culture. As Company leaders, we asked our managers in early 2018 to describe and build the type of culture they and their employees wanted so that we could build a great place to work from the bottom up, not the top down. Our team spent the year transforming how the business addresses our customers, claimants, distribution partners, and fellow employees. Our managers asked for more training, more performance feedback, and more communication from management, among other things. All of these things are now in place or rolling out in the spring of 2019. Even as this process continues, we could not be prouder of our team’s efforts. We believe our current team has experienced enormous professional and personal development. Today, our management team is made up of 19 individuals, 14 of whom have joined the Company or been promoted into management since 2016. This team has made the business a better place to work.
We do not spend a ton of time reviewing each recruiting website, but recently we noticed unflattering comments posted on Glassdoor about our business. That’s unfortunate, though we understand that in 2019, anonymous comments on the internet are part of the business world. The business simply does not operate in the manner described.
