Throughout December, Richard Wolf chose to celebrate The Spirit of Kindness by participating in activities such as Compliment Cards, Toys for Tots, and Feed My Starving Children, spreading joy and nourishment to those in need. Compliment Cards: Wolf pack members wrote compliment cards to their colleagues and shared them publicly on a shared bulletin board. Toys for Tots: Richard Wolf was proud to contribute to the Marine Corps Reserves’ Toys for Tots program, providing new toys and bringing smiles to children's faces during the holiday season. Feed My Starving Children: Volunteers gathered together one evening to make a meaningful impact through Feed My Starving Children, providing essential nutrition to those facing hunger. Together, we packed enough boxes to feed 88 children for an entire year.

Here at Richard Wolf, we have monthly employee engagement activities. We kicked off the month of July with weekly trivia regarding sun safety in recognition of UV Safety Month. Each week, employees answered a multiple choice question to be entered to win prizes. Congrats to our weekly winners! We had plenty to celebrate this month, including employee milestone anniversaries, birthdays, and retirements. Employees are given a gift filled with Richard Wolf swag and a small party with their teammates. We ended the month with our annual RWMIC summer picnic. Employees and their families received a catered lunch while participating in lawn games and raffles.

We’re excited to share that at Richard Wolf, we’re taking our commitment to the environment to the next level with our Wolf Goes Green initiative. Our goal is to promote sustainable practices both in and out of the office. With our recycling program, we’re empowering our employees to make a difference by providing the tools and resources needed to recycle properly. We believe that small changes can make a big impact, and we’re proud to be doing our part. Within the last year, we have recycled an estimated 72,000 LBS and reduced our paper towel consumption approximately 50%. Join us in our efforts this Earth Month and always to create a cleaner, greener future for all. In the month of March, we celebrated our employees here at Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corporation. We organized a company-wide Employee Appreciation Day event to show our gratitude for their contributions and dedication. During this event, we had a catered lunch with 2 Food Trucks, distributed a Work@Wolf tumbler and cheered on each employee as we voiced how much we appreciate them. This was a great opportunity to showcase our appreciation for the hard work, time, and dedication that each employee gives. Our Human Resources Team attended 2 Trade Fairs to engage with High School students and speak about our 2 Apprenticeship Programs in Manufacturing and Business Administration. We looking forward to these events and introducing the next generation to the world of work at Richard Wolf. At the end of the month, we met together for our company Town Hall Meeting to discuss the exciting progress our company has made so far in 2023. Our Executive Management Team spoke about each of their department goals and the amazing impact our employees have made to achieve them.
