Solü Technology Partners’ Rochester and National Recruiting Center recruiters are now Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiters (CDR) after participating in the AIRS powered by ADP training course. The course provides recruiters with the knowledge to create an effective plan for locating and building talent pipelines, including from diverse and underrepresented groups. It also explores strategies for improving job descriptions to reach a more inclusive candidate pool and techniques for finding diverse candidates on social media platforms.
