The TIDAL Programming team leads the very fun, but serious task of scheduling all music playlists that are featured across our platform. Tonya Nelson-Fisher (M.B.A.), Music Programming Manager, shares how her team stays ahead of curve and ensures that playlists are always made with the listener in mind below. "Our Editorial team maps out our plans for company-wide campaigns, such as last month's Playing it Forward and Black Music Month initiatives, at least three months in advance. The process begins as a small brainstorming session that eventually blossoms into a musical storytelling experience that all genre-leads play an essential role in executing. We always strive to handle all playlists with care and get feedback from the communities we are highlighting before they go live.
