We are thrilled to announce that our Innovation and Qualification Center has been named the 2022 Best Project, energy/industrial by ENR Southeast.
TK Elevator completes installation of more than 30 elevators in all three towers at Midtown Union in Midtown Atlanta. We are excited to partner with Granite Properties on Midtown Union, a mixed-use development in Atlanta featuring 31 elevators across three towers and a parking garage. Tenants can use AGILE mobile to call an elevator from their phone or wearable device. The elevators are equipped with predictive maintenance solution MAX which lets building managers know when their elevators need attention – before tenants do.
We're excited to upgrade the elevators systems in Waco's historic ALICO building, once the tallest building west of the Mississippi. TK Elevator's environmentally friendly and digital upgrades ensure the 111-year-old building continues to meet tenant demands. TK Elevator is also taking over the building's elevator maintenance after more than 100 years with the previous service supplier. Read our press release here:
