Caring for each other’s growth and happiness is a core brand value at Tasktop for reason. That’s why in July 2021, the company unveiled the Tasktop Recharge Days initiative, to give us time to rest, reflect and revitalize ahead of another successful quarter.
The 2021 Stevie® Awards for Great Employers has honored Tasktop with a Bronze Stevie Award for Employer of the Year in computer software. More than 950 nominations from organizations in 29 nations were evaluated in this year’s competition, with winners determined by the average scores of more than 70 professionals worldwide acting as judges.
Tasktop doesn’t just talk the talk when it comes to caring for us. The company is dedicated to encouraging physical fitness. Employees are entitled to a generous fitness allowance to be put towards eligible expenses on programs or equipment that promote physical fitness, such as gym memberships, fitness classes, sports, and fitness clubs. From bicycles to rollerskates, camping gear and horse equipment, Tasktopians have made full use of this program to keep themselves fit and sane during the last year.
Tasktop’s third Recharge Day of 2021 allowed our teams to take time to rest, relax, get active or simply do the things they love outside of work. In addition to this time to “fill our tanks”, Tasktop lives it’s value of caring for each other’s growth and happiness with a generous annual fitness benefit, paid volunteer time, parental leave top-up and other perks that help Tasktopians manage energy and prioritize health.
