My role as a card transaction monitoring analyst is one of the most interesting jobs I have ever had, especially because everybody here at Tide makes me feel appreciated and valued. We had a great experience at the Global Fintech Fest 2022 in Mumbai. Our India CEO, Gurjodhpal Singh and our Head of Special Projects in India, Anshul Khera led us successfully at one of the most prominent fintech events across the globe. 👉 Gurjodhpal was also a part of a panel discussion focused on the evolving landscape of SME financing in India enabled by digital lending and fintechs. During the discussion, he said. "New age fintechs have brought a revolution in the SME finance scenario in India. The fintech companies with their innovation and new age techniques like predictive analytics and AI are able to help in real time decisions, thus reaching out to the last mile customer." 💡
World Mental Health Day 2022 theme is “Make mental health and well-being for all a global priority”. At Tide, enabling Tideans to have a healthy work-life balance is paramount. For the past few months, taking into account our employee survey feedback, our priority has been to look at what well-being in the new era of hybrid workplaces looks like. As a result, we implemented mental health services provider Plumm and introduced our WOO (Working Outside the Office) policy. After launching several initiatives, we saw a 14.1% increase in the number of Tideans who feel they can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Through Plumm’s platform, employees can access chat therapy, video therapy, self-educative courses and guided meditation. Since launching 6 months ago, the platform has received a great response among Tideans, with 30% signing up globally. We’re thrilled to be partnering with Plumm to help our Tideans make their mental health and well-being a priority thanks to their different services and other initiatives like the live webinar hosted today about Financial well-being.

Tide Volunteering Club came together to reopen a local library in Negovan, a small village near Sofia in Bulgaria. The library needed help with cleaning, sorting out books and some construction work. Our volunteers dedicated half of their weekend to support the cause and help the village bring the library back to life. Amazing teamwork and dedication! #one_team
