Tilson is hiring a Vice President of Outside Plant (East) to oversee our growing self-perform and subcontracted, underground, microtrenching, and aerial construction and fiber splicing. The ideal candidate cares deeply about people and puts safety first, has a deep knowledge of outside plant operations, and communicates quickly and succinctly with ease. This position may work remotely or from any of Tilson's 20+ office locations.

Tilson has opened the application period for its 2023 paid summer internship program offering students hands-on experience supporting Tilson's growing network design build and consulting divisions. The 16-week program is open to students currently enrolled full time in any university program and can be remote, hybrid, or in-office at one of our 20+ locations.
