Last week our Team celebrated our Week of Wonder. Week of Wonder is designed to encourage Team Members to share their big ideas to help us grow and give our Team Members a chance to work with others who have a different perspective. Team Members had a chance to submit their ideas this fall, and this week, our three finalist Teams had an opportunity to present to a distinguished panel of judges. Read more about it in the link!
We are proud to share we have received a silver medal sustainability rating by EcoVadis, a trusted global provider of business sustainability assessments. This recognition marks a major milestone for Trinity, reflecting progress from the bronze medal rating received in 2023, and places the company in the top 15 percent of all organizations assessed in the past year.
This is our annual Diversification Spirit Week! This week, our Team celebrates and learns more about the different transportation modes that we offer while wearing their best spirit-themed outfit for each day. It's a fun way to celebrate all the different modes we offer.
Some of our Team Members recently went on our annual all-expense paid company trip. This year's destination was Curacao! The recipients of this trip are Team Members who won the Banning and Pinnacle awards the previous year, along with our leadership Team. The Banning Award is given to Team Members who embody our company values and exhibit servant leadership qualities. The Pinnacle Award is given to Team Members who earn top performance marks in each category. We would like to congratulate all of our award winners and thank them for the work they do every day. Trinity Logistics Announces Strategic Internal Promotions
TRINITY LOGISTICS CELEBRATES NEW OFFICE LOCATION IN FLORIDA On August 24, 2023, Trinity Logistics, a leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider, held its Grand Opening event to celebrate its new and improved office location in Orlando, Florida. One of seven locations nationwide, the Orlando office is uniquely positioned to help local businesses expand and create efficiencies within their supply chain. More than 120 people attended, including local state and industry representatives such as Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, Bo Outlaw and Jessica Lima of Orlando Magic, Jenny Fall of Women in Trucking, Bob Depouw, Amber Argenziano, and MaryAnn Lawsom of Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and several other Orlando agency heads, businesses, and legislators. “We’re really proud of the turnout we saw from this event,” said Tony Austin, Vice President of Trinity’s Orlando Regional Service Center. “It was a great chance for our office to get to know our local community and allow them the opportunity to learn who we are. We’re very proud of our new location in Orlando and look forward to serving and getting more involved with our local communities within this region.”
Trinity Logistics, a Top 20 3PL and the freight brokerage division of Burris Logistics, has acquired Scottsdale, Arizona-based Team Eagle Logistics. Team Eagle Logistics will become Trinity’s seventh Regional Service Center, further expanding the company’s footprint to the West Coast, positioning for better service and carrier relationships in the Western 11 States.
