“I migrated here about 27 years ago and though hard to climb up the ladder, it’s still possible. My first job was actually 3 jobs: at a deli in SoMA from 8am-12am, receptionist at a law office from 1pm-5pm, and janitor at a building near Nordstrom Rack from 5pm to 11pm. When I joined property management, I started in maintenance. Now I’m doing things I never thought I’d be able to,” says Ernesto Molina, Regional Manager.
