Greetings from Holland, Michigan! 👋 We visited our long time client Tommy's Express® Car Wash 🚗 last week. It was great to see one of their sites in action, which we’ve worked on their software development over the years. 💯Very proud moment to see all that in person and working so smoothly. This car wash site in the picture has the unofficial record of the most cars washed in one day in the country. It washes over 3000+ cars a day 🚗🧼🧽✨ and can handle over 200 cars per hour. ⏰ ❤️ We want to thank everyone who’s contributed to different projects with them over the years! Our international growth continues strong in the USA and Nordics. 🌦️ A turbulent year with profitability We had 3 quarters of great performance in Vincit USA, Q4 hit with too fast upfront scaling. Vincit Europe faced challenges with custom software development & design, impacted by overall lower demand. Bilot pre-merger profitability was poor, but we succeeded in improving the underlying business during H2. 🐣 The beginning of new Vincit Our new operating model is up and running, clear strategy in place and immediate synergies captured. We've received promising feedback from customers and welcomed new more diverse talent. Cost and pricing actions have been taken and 2023 focus is on profitability. 2022 Key figures: Revenue: 84.8 M€ (61.5 M€ 2021) → Full Year Growth: 37.8% Full-year Combined Revenue (Bilot + Vincit): 100.5 M€ (88.6 M€ 2021) Adjusted EBIT% before non-recurring items: 6.1 % (9.6 % 2021) Dividend proposal: 0.15 EUR per share
