We are always on the lookout for talented individuals who can bring new ideas, perspectives and innovations to Virtual Employee. In this regard, we recently conducted an "Innovation Drive" at two of India's most prestigious colleges, R.D. Engineering College, Ghaziabad and GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management. Recently, we all gathered for a Meet & Greet session at Hotel the Sojourn, Kolkata. In an invigorating discussion, everyone shared their ideas and talked about some innovative ways to improve workflow. Our company’s Chairman, Mr Narinder Singh Mahil and Managing Director, Mr Shaunvir Singh Mahil, joined us via a video call and shared some inspiring stories. From new hires to tenured employees, everyone’s participation made the event a huge success. We hope to organize more such events in the days to come.
We’ve successfully conducted a 5-days Soft Skill Development program in our Noida office. We’re thrilled to see the active participation of our employees. We’ve majorly covered the areas of verbal communication and active listening, professional skills and job readiness, critical thinking and problem solving, digital literacy and creative thinking & many more. We hope to conduct many such learning and development sessions to enrich our employees with additional reinforcement.
Colours that were long gone from our lives due to the pandemic are slowly coming back in this new normal. We too celebrated the auspicious occasion of Holi in our Noida and Kolkata offices. As we continue to work from home to keep our employees in a better position of safety, selective participation brought back vibrant memories of past office events. We hope everyone had a safe and colourful Holi.
