Whatfix Named a Leader in Digital Adoption Platforms Report by Top Independent Research Firm
An organizational culture that offers opportunities to learn and voice one’s opinion and co-founders who are always just a call away, digital adoption solutions company Whatfix has evolved to become a powerhouse of B2B SaaS talent.
Like many, Neelam Agrawal is looking forward to a possible reopening of office. In her case, however, the break spanned over a decade. After years of being a stay-at-home parent, she joined the Bengaluru office of digital adoption solutions company Whatfix as a product trainer in February this year. “I’m very excited to start working from the office again. “I found it difficult to balance work and family,” she says. Two years into the job, she took her first maternity break. With support from the firm, she was able to extend the break and pursue an MBA before returning to work in 2008. She quit a year later. Despite leaving the workforce, Neelam kept her passion for her work alive. From 2013 to 2016, she taught IT subjects as a guest lecturer at CMR Centre for Business Studies in Bengaluru. In 2020, after she decided she was ready to take up a full-time job at Whatfix. Neelam is grateful to her friends and family for instilling in her the idea that “It’s okay to take a break when required, but I think it’s important to have a return plan and to keep working towards it.”
