The XPS Multicultural Network met in our London office last week for an early kick off to our Lunar festival celebrations and to discuss the network's strategy for the coming year. XPS is committed to creating a culture of belonging, and our XPS Multicultural Network is key in helping us create an inclusive and supportive environment for people from all backgrounds. It was a very successful and inspiring day -- those smiling faces say it all (or maybe it was the cake shared during the break).
XPS Pensions Group has won three awards at Professional Pensions’ UK Pensions Awards on 1st June 2023, taking home Third-Party Administrator of the Year, Fiduciary Evaluator of the Year and the Diversity and Inclusion Excellence Award.
XPS Pensions Group has been awarded Gold in the Employee Engagement category and Silver in the Employee-Centric Company category at the 2020 UK Employee Experience Awards. The judges were looking for outstanding initiatives that have improved the world of work, leading to happier employees, better customer experience and better commercial results. The awards celebrate client-focused companies that are great places to work. Paul Cuff, Co-chief Executive said ‘We are immensely proud of these awards. We truly believe in doing the right thing, and over the last few months, there have been so many examples of our people doing incredible things to look after each other and our clients. Thank you to everyone in XPS for making this a great place to work.” Some of the key elements that made XPS stand out were how we have developed our culture and values, how we have embedded these into everything we do and how we collectively celebrate them. The judges were particularly impressed by the true stories of how we do what we do and the work we have done to respond to the COVID crisis.

10 December 2019 XPS' Radar wins 'Actuarial Software of the Year' at the Actuarial Post Awards 2019 XPS Pensions Group has won the award for 'Software of the Year 2019' at the Actuarial Post Awards. Radar is a web-based tool offered to all XPS clients to help them gain insights into their scheme and make key decisions in real-time. Radar has helped trustees and employers to identify opportunities to re-design and de-risk investment strategies, to conduct valuation negotiations efficiently and collaboratively, and to receive daily updates about how current market turbulence has impacted their schemes. Radar's recent development of a sophisticated journey planning functionality has been described by trustees as a "game-changer". Its ability to accurately project the expected evolution of a scheme on multiple bases enables trustees to design long-term funding strategies, monitor progress towards them and identify when the scheme might ultimately be able to achieve its long-term goals.
