2021 was an exceptional and transformational year for XIFIN; during this time, we advanced our corporate mission to deliver efficiencies and insights that improve the practice of healthcare from diagnostics to therapy. XIFIN, Inc. expanded through growth and acquisition, bringing Computerized Managment Systems (CMS) and OmniSYS, advancing our footprint into the radiology and pharmacy markets. We opened an office in Charleston, SC and we grew the company headcount 420 to nearly 800 employees. We continued to receive recognition, being named to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private company for the 12th time, and being named #1 by Black Book Research for laboratory RCM services for the second consecutive year. 2022 is primed to be another high-growth year for us, and we welcome the exciting new year coming with so many new opportunities to continue excelling in our areas of expertise.

This summer, XIFIN welcomed 9 new and 3 returning interns, to the internship program! We had interns in almost every department ranging from Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, HR, and Finance. By utilizing their fresh minds and perspectives, XIFIN saw huge process improvements and the completion of many significant projects. It is safe to say we had another successful summer internship program this year!
Today, we are ensuring a healthy and safe office environment by maintaining strict standards. Our regimen includes: -Performing daily temperature checks for all people entering the building -Practicing strict social distancing within the building -Sanitizing frequently, including increased wipe downs of high traffic areas, such as door handles -Using deep cleaning measures regularly for office furniture, carpets, etc. -Stocking and offering masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes at multiple locations throughout the building -Encouraging the use of Webex video to improve connection among team members during remote meetings -Offering remote yoga, bootcamp, and meditation classes to our employees nationwide -Keeping our employees connected and energized with team-based activities, such as our two-week step challenge -Continuous review of our regimen to maintain compliance with local and state guidelines
XIFIN’s Return to Work Initiative for San Diego-based employees was a huge success. With the safety and health of our personnel being our No. 1 priority, XIFIN offered free COVID-19 testing for employees and dependents. Westpac Labs arrived onsite to collect blood and nasal swabs to test for the virus as well as antibodies. Testing was offered in addition to the social distancing and sanitization measures in place at our San Diego site. Our team has remained resilient in helping our clients and their patients to navigate these challenging times.
