Level Up: Reflections from the 2026 Cabo Offsite ZestyAI is a remote-first company, but we believe some moments are better in person. Throughout the year, our teams come together through city-based Hubs, gatherings, & our annual offsite. In April, the team gathered in Cabo San Lucas for our annual company offsite under the theme Level Up. Bringing together employees from across the U.S. & Canada, the week was an opportunity to connect in person, share ideas, celebrate progress, & align around where we're headed next. A highlight of the week was a keynote conversation with Kevin Van Leer of Guy Carpenter, a key partner & respected voice in reinsurance. Kevin shared perspectives on property risk modeling, catastrophe analytics, & the role of AI in insurance. The discussion reinforced why our work matters: better property data & smarter risk analytics help carriers, reinsurers, & capital providers make better decisions across the reinsurance transaction. The offsite also provided an opportunity to reflect on a year of strong momentum. Over the past 12 months, we welcomed 26 new customers, expanded relationships with carrier partners, surpassed 200 regulatory approvals, launched new products including Z-SPARK™, & continued advancing our ZORRO agentic AI platform. Most importantly, the week reinforced what makes ZestyAI special: a team of curious, collaborative people committed to solving meaningful challenges for the industry.
