I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2012
Interview
It's a pretty straight forward interview, definitely one of the easier ones I've been through. Started with a recruiter calling, going over background, etc. They then scheduled a phone interview with a Senior Ops Manager at one of the sites and it was pretty much the same thing. Go over background, experience, describe a situation, etc. They then flew me out for a one day interview, which consisted of a tour, math flow problem, 3 individual interviews and 1 panel interview to go over the math flow problem. Offer came in 3 days later.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
