Two stage interview. Met the hiring manager who pretty much sized me up. That interview was successful and attend the second interview a few weeks later. This was competency based and based around my experience and skills set. Alot of questions around my experiences and what skills/tools I used for specific scenarios. A quick run-down of my CV and questions on it as well.

Negotiation Details
Negotiation was straightforward as I had already told the recruiting agent what my salary expectation was
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
