      Technical Project Manager Interview

      Jan 19, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Watertown, MA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at C Space (Watertown, MA) in Dec 2010

      Interview

The interview process was relatively intense and consisted of three phases: 1). Phone interview with HR 2). 1st round of interviews in-person with three people 3). 2nd round of interviews in-person with three people It was a mix of high and mid level people doing the interviewing; questions were thoughtful and intelligent. It felt like they were taking the process seriously. HR was honest with me after step #3 and said that they felt I was overqualified for the position and would get bored and leave. While I believe the impression was inaccurate (if I wasn't very interested in the job, I certainly wouldn't have spent an additional three hours for a second round of in-person interviews; I have a secure job now and don't NEED employment elsewhere), it's hard to fault the process that Communispace used.
