I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Conagra Brands in Jan 2023
Interview
Horrible process! Lack of communication and coordination. Job description was not accurate. People during the interview had negative comments about the leadership team and the company overall. Human resources needs to streamline the process to attract talent.

Question 1
We have a common linkedin contact, can we contact them to ask about you?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Conagra Brands
Interview
Phone interview followed by an in-person interview with HR & the hiring manager. Final decision was made very quickly. However, I think brands often forget that many candidates are already brand ambassadors & loyalists, so when notifying someone that they were not a successful candidate (after spending time with you in-person in your offices), it would be much more kind & professional (in the interest of relationship building) for HR to send a personal email or pick up the phone, rather than send a form email that didn't mention the interview (only that I had applied) and wasn't even signed with a persons name, a department, or even a corporate logo. I realize that you have many candidates, but there are other (even larger global) companies out there that handle this process with a very high degree of class & respect.

Question 1
Cross-functional team leadership, P&L experience, etc
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Conagra Brands (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process seemed great and the recruiter was lovely.
However, after following up with the recruiter two times, I received no response.
I understand when companies choose to go with another candidate but it is simply rude to ghost people without an explanation. Some companies are doing well in following up even when you have not been selected to move forward in the hiring process, it would be nice to see more people showing this human kindness in what has been a very difficult job market during COVID.

Question 1
Very simple, general questions.
They did ask about other companies I may be in the interview process with.
They also asked about hard and soft skills learned in previous roles.
