Technical Support Engineer Interview

Technical Support Engineer
Palo Alto, CA

I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Envelope Manager Software in February 2009.

Interview Details – Took quite a long time, over a month. First, you start out by filling an online application, (use Taleo). Then it gets forwarded from Corporate HQ in Atlanta to Endicia's HQ in Palo Alto, CA. Next, you get a phone screen from the hiring manager, then get invited to a 1:1 in the office. Two interviewers, one technical, the other was not, but they have a list of questions to ask you. Simple technical questions, such as what is used to edit the registry?, How do you control start-up programs?, How do you troubleshoot an end-user being unable to print?

Interview Question – Do you have any experience in the Postage field?   Answer Question
