Good interview with two hiring managers. Once past the hr representative, things appeared to go smoothly. I did not have much use for some of the canned questions, but once we got into discussing the details of the job, it seemed to go very well. This is the point that everyone seemed to relax and "get down to business."

Negotiation Details
The first offer was a low ball and I didn't accept. I would hold out for a better offer. HR is definitely out to save the company money and the result was a feeling of bitterness after I realized what others with similar qualifications were making.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Drug Test.
