Applied online through college.
On-site interview in their Mississauga Main Office.
Interviewed with 5 people in total, one after another.
2 young guys, 2 middle aged and 1 senior engineer.
Went through my resume, what Hatch is, and why Hatch etc.
One of the young guy is quite nervous, and one is not native english speaker.
The senior has been with Hatch for over 30 years.
One middle aged guys is a director.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Hatch

Multiple stages including a video recording and a panel interview. First stage involved answering questions within a 3 min time frame. If you pass then you can move on to the in person interviews

Took around 3 to 4 weeks to complete the process
Communication was very poor throughout the process. Had an interview and was told I would hear back in 2 weeks only to be ghosted and phone calls ignored. Received an email being denied a week after I called asking the outcome of the application or just a simple update.
