Setting up the interview was smooth. The people were friendly. They had the interview process well organized with who would come in when. Consisted of two one on ones and a skills test. I didn't like that they didn't do a phone screening ahead of time. During the interview I found out I did not have background in some areas the job would require. The job description was somewhat vague.

Met with direct manager, test team manager, and potential co-workers. They were nice but the technical questions were not very in-depth and they seemed to not be practiced. The HR rep was not in that day, good place to start at entry-level and gain experience
