R Systems – “Hire and Fire”

I worked for R Systems in 2 tenures for around 5 Years and I do not agree with Hire and Fire comment.

There was some firing in 2009, but that was one off incident due to general market conditions.

I agree that higher management is not able to give the feeling of comfort and Job security, because middle management and lower management insinuates that higher management may fire.

I was a member of middle management when working with R systems.
