Recognizable brand. Fun atmosphere. Confident and knowledgeable senior leadership. Good opportunity for career advancement. Good work-life balance. Ability to identify with and represent at least one department or product within the global brand. Great facility at headquarters!
Cons
Benefits compared to other companies in this industry are not as good. Lack of job enrichment and growth opportunities. A lot of mid-level managers lacking knowledge and expertise in their departments. Seems to hold on to a lot of people that just "float" in their roles; not offering the opportunity for someone below them to move in and actually add value.
