It's very affordable compared to my peers at other companies, and I've never had any trouble getting my family's medical expenses covered. First Help has changed health insurance providers every year for the last three years, which creates some extra friction as we get used to each new plan, but in the end we get better coverage for less money than if we hadn't switched.
