The best thing? I guess it would be that the company matches up to a certain amount if you choose to have a HSA. The high deductible insurance is horrible and the fact that you have to pay into it to offset the high deductible is ridiculous. Dental is a joke but again ~ pay into the HSA to offset the horribleness.

The company looks after staff and gives best insurance options and educates staff on usages

A healthy person would be fine.

The worst thing about the insurance was that it was a high deductible health plan. So simple office visits or prescription refills costs more than other health plans.
