Pros

The only pro is that you use an iPad.

Cons

Low hours, constant cancellations, no benefits, rude supervisors, lack of career development, no overlaps, lack of training, disorganized company, outdated programs for the clients, no clients for behavior technicians in various cities, and much, much more.

Advice to Management

Please provide hours for your workers. Do not bother hiring people in cities where you do not have employment (that happened to me). Reimburse you workers when there are cancellations (we have bills to pay too). Provide PTO (it is extremely sad that you do not provide this common benefit for your so-called valued employees).
