The compensation and benefits are great. Salaries for
juniors with no experience start at 6 figures, and vacation starts at 20 days, unlimited sick. Fully paid health insurance, fully stocked kitchen and baristaed coffee bar, monthly catered lunches, free gym. Fairly standard 401k match with a 5 year vesting schedule.
Cons
A young company still figuring out its processes and policies. There's a lot of running around with hair on fire and everything needs to be done yesterday.
